Is Gauahar unknowingly favouring Armaan?

New Delhi: Every week, Bigg Boss is filled with fights and disputes and this week seems to be no different. Early in the morning Gauahar Khan and Kushal Tandon were seen talking to each other about avoiding Armaan Kohli and Tanishaa Mukerji. Gauahar and Kushal had no qualms in admitting that they hate the fact that Armaan is back in the house after getting evicted over the weekend. They looked at his re-entry as a challenge because it has reduced their chances of winning the show. However, later in the day, Kushal was disappointed to see that Gauahar mingling with Armaan and even treating him with a lot of respect.

The luxury budget task for the day was announced. Aptly named, Bigg Boss Ki Toy Factory, the task brought to the forefront major differences that exist amongst the contestants. The task required contestants to be divided into two teams and collect raw materials from the factory machine to manufacture toys. As captain, Gauahar was assigned the position of the Managing Director of the factory and she was not supposed to be involved in the production process. Team A comprised of Armaan, Tanishaa, Sangram and Andy while Team B included Sofia, Kushal, Ajaz and Kamya. Armaan and Sofia were further made the managers of their respective. The contestants found the task quite exciting and they moved into the Garden Area to carry it out.

Raw materials rolled in through a conveyor belt and Kushal and Armaan were often seen arguing over the picking for raw materials for their respective teams. As Managing Director, Gauahar made a boundary from where the raw materials could be picked up. However, Kushal still made an attempt to cheat thereby enraging Armaan. He went on to not only steal the raw materials, but also got into an altercation with Kushal. When Gauahar sided with Kushal, Armaan blatantly mentioned that she is being partial towards Kushal owing to her relationship with him.

Further, Kushal called Armaan a cheater that led to a big fight between the two where they called each other names and insulted each other. Since the task was taking place in the garden area, the heat soon became unbearable for the contestants. Kushal and Ajaz decided to boycott the task and moved back inside the house. This worried Kamya because their team would be unable to achieve their goals if they worked at half capacity. She told Ajaz to continue with the task. However, he refused. Seeing the behaviour of their teams, Sofia and Armaan joined hands and decided to approve all the toys.

As a result of her added duties, Sofia stopped contributing towards production and this annoyed Kushal. Upset with his comments, Sofia told Kushal to quietly complete his own duties at which he called her dumb because her absence from the production line was affecting the team's productivity. Worried about the amount of time being wasted, Gauahar stepped in and resolved the matter.

As evening crawled in, the first-cut results were shared with Managing Director Gauahar and she learnt that Armaan's team is in the lead. Seeing this, Kushal became insecure about his team's performance and started demanding for more raw materials. Gauahar tried to control the matter, but Ajaz stole the raw materials and Armaan took away all the cotton that had been provided to them. During the altercation, Kushal hurt himself and decided to quit the task for good.

Amidst all the drama, Armaan announced that his team will continue the task till the very end and will also send the toys out without approval if required.

Seeing tempers flying and egos flaring, Gauahar attempted to control both teams and convinced them to continue with the task. Bigg Boss also announced an additional order which increased the loads on both teams.

The temperature inside the house is likely to increase in coming days and thus the audience would be hoping for a more entertaining show.

Love Or TRP Stunt ???

Kushal Tandon proposed to Gauhar Khan in the "Bigg Boss Saath-7" house and this boosted viewers' curiosity, while Tanisha Mukherjee-Armaan Kohli's camaraderie is keeping the audiences hooked to the ongoing season of the reality show. 

How real are these relationships? Ex-contestants claim inmates sometimes "fake romances" for survival and to boost viewership ratings and sometimes "they attach themselves to someone" due to loneliness in the house, where they are locked up for three months without contact with the outside world. 

Sambhavna Seth, who was seen in the second season of "Bigg Boss", said: "The people, who come in 'Bigg Boss', have it in their mind that if they are attached to someone and give a romantic angle to the show, it will increase the TRPs (television rating points) and also that it will help them last longer in the show." 

"The second thing is that sometimes one can feel so lonely inside and because of that they attach themselves to someone," the actress told IANS. 

Another ex-contestant, model Pooja Misra, told IANS that to a great degree, people feel "lonely" as they are away from their families and are surrounded by people who are not their friends. 

Added Pooja: "Fake romances happen because they want to play the game of TRP with somebody whom they are romancing apparently, but actually they are just looking for a friend who is just sticking with them as they don't have a real friend in the 'Bigg Boss' house. 

"So, yes, on reality TV people fake romances and once they step outside the house they don't keep in touch, they don't talk." 

The "Bigg Boss" house has seen it all - from cuddling to hugging and kissing to lover's tiffs during each season. Alas, hardly any relationship survived outside the house. 

The failed romances are a testimony to the fact that relationships in "Bigg Boss" house come with an expiry date. 

If actors Aryan Vaid and Anupama Verma's romance set the ratings soaring in the first season, the duo went separate ways after the show. 

The same was the case with Pakistani actress Veena Malik and Bollywood actor Ashmit Patel. They scorched the small screen in season four, but their romance was nowhere to be seen once the show ended. 

In the same season, TV actress Sara Khan had a 'nikaah' with her longtime boyfriend Ali Merchant. Their marriage was called off immediately after the two got evicted from the show. 

Other popular couples whose chemistry spiced up the show are Pooja Bedi-Akashdeep Saigal, Monica Bedi-Rahul Mahajan, Claudia Ciesla-Parvesh Rana, and Vishal Karwal-Sana Khan. 

Once evicted, they all came back to the "we are just friends" tag, except Pooja and Akashdeep as their relationship is still going strong. 

TV actor Rajev Paul says it's very "normal" to get close to someone, and it depends on an individual how he or she wants to take it forward. 

"I grew fond of Sana Khan and even she was fond of me, but we were not involved romantically at all. In this season, Armaan and Tanisha are from the film background, so they share the same opinion, likes and dislikes, and thus are seen spending time with each other," added Rajev, who came in season six with ex-wife Delnaaz Irani. 




"It's true that it's difficult to figure out what is fake and what is real, but it's practically impossible to fake it for 100 days in front of so many cameras. All those people who really fake it are good actors. I don't know whether it continues outside for others or not, but me and Sana are still friends and will always be friends," the actor told IANS. 

In the current season, as a special treat, Bigg Boss even arranged a date for Gauhar and Kushal so that they could have a good time. There were candles, slow music, balloons and roses - a set-up similar to what Vishal and Sana got. 

With as many as 84 cameras spying on them, the inmates have not been able to hide their love. 

According to Shradha Sharma, who featured in "Bigg Boss 5", not a single corner in the house is left without a camera, so after spending some days, people get "used to it and behave according to their originality". 

Whatsoever the reason, romance in the house definitely acts as a visual treat for the viewers!

Has Tanishaa Mukherji’s family disowned her?

Looks like its family time inside the Bigg Boss 7 house. The family members of the housemates except Tanishaa Mukherji, Armaan Kohli, Sofia Hayat, Ajaz Khan and Kushal Tandon will be seen entering the glass walled house for a brief period of time. And no points for guessing, it’s going to be an emotional outburst in the show today.

In tonight’s episode of Bigg Boss 7, Bigg Boss will announce a special task – Remote Control task – giving the housemates a chance to earn more points. During the task whenever Bigg Boss will give instructions of ‘pause’ they will have to stop whatever they are doing and freeze unless he releases them by saying ‘play’. As part of the task, family members of the contestants will be seen entering the house to meet them. First to enter will be VJ Andy’s mother, who enters the house shouting ‘Vote for Andy’. As soon as Andy sees her, he runs to her and will hug her, but before he could say anything Bigg Boss will command everyone to ‘pause’. Andy’s mother will start moving everywhere in the house and meet everyone. After a couple of minutes, Bigg Boss asks her to say goodbye to everyone, and he will release everyone after saying ‘play’. Andy gets to meet his mom for couple minutes, before she’s asked to bid good bye to everyone. Next to enter the house will be Sangram Singh’s fellow wrestler friend Yogeshwar. He comes and hugs his friend and wishes him and everyone luck, and also says that he is doing well in the show.

After this, Kamya Punjabi’s mother enters the house. Kamya will be seen crying profusely after seeing her even though she has to be in ‘pause’ mode. When Sangram’s girlfriend Payal Rohatgi enters the house, it’s nothing short of a surprise for him as he will be taking a steam from a tub with his head covered with a towel. When she comes and lifts the towel from his head, even before he can react, Bigg Boss commands everyone to remain paused.

Next to enter the house will be ex-contestant of Bigg Boss Dolly Bindra. When she enters the house, it’s obvious that the atmosphere of the house changes completely.

After seeing everyone’s relative, Gauahar Khan also wishes that her sister Nigaar Khan could come and voila her wish comes true. Nigaar enters the house singing a song. But even before she could say anything, Bigg Boss commands everyone to be pause, but Gauahar’s tears continues to flow. Nigaar will be seen hugging and kissing her sister and showering love on her. Armaan’s mother will send messages for her son. Since Sofia’s family does not stay in India, they were not able to come to the house. Kushal re-entered the house recently, so he already got to spend some time with his family after his dismissal from the house.

But Tanishaa’s family didn’t send any messages to her even after residing just hours from the Bigg Boss house. This makes us wonder if Tanishaa’s family has disowned her. If you remember, during Diwali, while each and every received gifts from their family members, it was only Tanishaa who didn’t receive any gifts from her mother Tanuja and sister Kajol. Has Tanishaa’s closeness towards Armaan irked her family so much?

Tell us a bit about your long-distance relationship.
I met Ileana, my girlfriend, when I was pursuing an acting course abroad. It has been two years now.
But what about the rumours of you cosying up with co-star Nia Sharma in your makeup room?
Nia is a very dear friend. She is a sweetheart, is like family and nobody has the right to tarnish a girl's image. We are not dating. I have a girlfriend, yaar. Sometimes Nia and I pack up around the same time and leave together. If I were dating Nia, why would I call my Ileana here for Nach Baliye? Ileana knows that Nia and I are best of friends.

I live alone and if I have to do something, I can very well do it at home, why in my makeup room? Just think of the girl and her reputation. We come from good families. Putting up such a story is a cheap and desperate attempt to sell the product. Then someone said we were rehearsing for the honeymoon sequence in the show...it is so ridiculous. Well, suddenly I am feeling popular with so much being written about me...but I don't want any cheap publicity. I don't need it, because I was into modeling earlier and a lot of people know me. Getting linked with your co-star is part and parcel of this profession.
So, are you participating in the dance reality show to prove that you are committed?
Nothing like that. I am doing it because I got an offer and also, we will get to spend some time with each other. But I am not sure about tomorrow. I am not saying that I am getting married or having babies. Marriage is very far for me right now. Currently, I am only dating her.
You had said that you were not on talking terms with Karan. What's your current equation with him?
(Laughs) I will be diplomatic this time. It is nice, all okay, we are cordial with each other. Today we shared food, he got butter chicken and I got roti...we are back to being friends, but only for the show.
Karan said he can act well and hence, nobody can spot the rift between both of you. Comment.
(With a tinge of sarcasm) Ya, ya, I act bad and hence I have bagged all the awards.
Sometime back, you had signed a film. What about your Bollywood dreams?
It is most likely to get fulfilled in a year's time, after this show. Right now, I can't do anything because of my exclusive contract with the channel. But the contract allows me to do films after the show gets over. I am in talks with a few people. Ileana and I will be doing the film together. Television is tough, the next step is naturally Bollywood.

'Kamya should be evicted next from Bigg Boss 7'

However recently, few non-Bigg Boss inmates visited the house for a task.
Accordingly, Andy's mother too visited the house and met the inmates. TOI asked her about the next eviction on Bigg Boss and she observes, "I think Kamya should be voted out of the house as she is the most manipulative contestant from the house and plans each and every move of hers. She is playing a game and is not fair at all. She is one of those who instigate other members to fight amongst them."

"So I feel she should be voted out next from the house. Gauhar is the same but sometimes she is good compared to Kamya. They both play a lot of mind games," feels Andy's mother.
Few weeks to go and 9 members are still active in the house. How and when will Bigg Boss show them the door is a 'dekho'.

Gauhar Said I LOVe You to Khushal

Bigg Boss 7 contestant Gauhar Khan has finally confessed her love for Kushal.

The reality show has evidently found an official couple in Gauhar and Kushal, after she reciprocated Kushal's feelings.

In course of a task, Gauhar on Friday's episode will be seen saying "I love you" to Kushal. The actress then goes on to justify that Kushal has been by her side through thick and thin and she is grateful for the actor's relentless support.

Incidentally, Gauhar statement also revealed that Kushal had already proposed to her and the model was only responding to Kushal's previous confession of love.

Kushal and Gauhar's chemistry clicked immediately when the model was shifted to the hell side of the house in the initial part of the show. Their strong bond became the topic of discussion for Pratyusha, Kamya and Armaan initially. But gradually, it became an accepted fact among housemates that the two shared a strong bond.

It was for Gauhar that Kushal had taken a stand against Andy, which led to his ouster. The couple even walked out hand in hand when Kushal was evicted.

With Kushal's exit, Gauhar was mostly seen sad and quiet and was even recorded crying to Heaven expressing her loneliness.

She even bought gifts for Kushal for Diwali as she waited patiently for his return. However, she has appeared much happier and upbeat since Kushal's return to the show.

When Gauhar's sister Nigaar made a brief entry into the show, she too thanked Kushal for continuously supporting the model.
